•       You understand that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to input errors on your part

We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain offensive, trademarked, or infringing content without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

•       All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice

•       We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout

•       Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments / Stripe

•       Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@harpera.com.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Harpera is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
