ORDERING & PERSONALIZATION
- How do I personalize my order?
Simply enter your custom name, date, or message
in the fields on the product page before adding
to cart. If you have any special requests,
add them in the order notes at checkout.
- Can I preview my design before it ships?
Yes — our personalization tool shows a live
preview as you type. What you see is what
we'll make.
- Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us within 24 hours at support@harpera.shop
and we'll do our best to update it. After 24 hours,
production may have already started.
- What if I made a typo in my personalization?
Please double-check before ordering — we produce
exactly what you enter. If the error is on our end,
we'll replace it free. If it's a customer input error,
a remake fee may apply.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- How long does it take to receive my order?
Production: 3–5 business days
Shipping (US): 5–8 business days standard
Total: approximately 8–13 business days
Expedited shipping available at checkout
(reduces shipping time, not production time).
- Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship primarily to the United States.
International orders may be available —
contact us at support@harpera.shop to inquire.
- How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
You can also email us anytime with your order number
for a status update.
- My tracking says delivered but I didn't receive it.
Please check with neighbors and your local post office.
If still missing after 5 business days, contact us —
we'll work with you to resolve it.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
- What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll replace it immediately — no return needed.
Just email support@harpera.shop within 30 days
with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Do you accept returns?
Because every item is made to order, we don't
accept returns for change of mind or incorrect
personalization entered by the customer.
However, if anything is wrong on our end,
we make it right — guaranteed.
- How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are issued within
5–10 business days to your original payment method.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
- Are your products dishwasher safe?
Grilling plates and whiskey glasses:
top-rack dishwasher safe recommended.
Ring dishes: hand wash recommended to
preserve the personalization longest.
Silicone bracelets: fully waterproof,
dishwasher safe.
- What sizes are available for caps and bracelets?
Caps: adjustable fit — one size fits most adults.
Bracelets: S/M (fits wrist 6–7") and L/XL
(fits wrist 7–8.5"). When in doubt, size up.
- Can I order in bulk for events or groups?
Yes! Contact us at support@harpera.shop
for bulk pricing on orders of 10+ items. Great for military units, family reunions,
weddings, and corporate gifting.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards
(Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal,
Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All transactions are secured with
SSL encryption.
- Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure
checkout — your payment details are
never stored on our servers.
