Harpera — Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All products at Harpera are made-to-order. Please allow the following production times before your order ships:
• Standard products: 2–4 business days
• Personalized / custom name products: 3–5 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day
2. Shipping Time (after production)
• United States: 5–8 business days (Standard) / 3–5 business days (Expedited)
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time. Example: a personalized item may take up to 13 business days from order date to delivery.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
4. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for select products and US addresses. Note: expedited shipping applies to transit time only — production time remains the same.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email from us. You can also track your order directly on our website at www.harpera.com or by contacting us at support@harpera.com.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs. During peak seasons (November–December, Father's Day, Mother's Day), please order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
